Position Summary

Milestones Warana is seeking an enthusiastic Manager to join our dedicated team and play a key role in creating exceptional learning experiences for young children. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a difference in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations of the centre
• Ensure high standards of care and education are maintained for all children
• Develop and implement educational programs that align with best practices
• Supervise and support staff to ensure a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with families to foster strong partnerships and communication
• Participate in continuous professional development activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Manager or similar role
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child development
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and the wider community
• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred but not mandatory
