About the Role

The Assistant Branch Manager at our Jewel Lake Branch serves as a key operations leader, working alongside the Branch Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. You'll balance administrative responsibilities with direct customer interaction, helping drive business growth while maintaining our commitment to operational excellence and community service.

What You'll Do

• Support branch management and oversee day-to-day operational functions
• Assist with customer account servicing, loan processing, and credit decisions
• Train, mentor, and supervise teller and customer service staff
• Identify sales opportunities and support business development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Manage cash handling, vault security, and account reconciliation
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through professional, knowledgeable service
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service, retail, or banking experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Professional demeanor with genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
