About the Role

As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you'll work alongside our General Manager to learn and execute the core functions that keep a quick-service restaurant running smoothly. You'll be scheduled to complement the GM's availability, often working opposing shifts and days, ensuring consistent management coverage throughout our operating hours. This is a hands-on training ground where you'll develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for future advancement.

What You'll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent service delivery
• Assist with team supervision, training, and performance coaching
• Monitor food quality, safety, and preparation standards
• Handle opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and basic financial accountability
• Support inventory tracking and stock management
• Build relationships with team members and model excellent customer service
• Learn scheduling, staffing, and shift management best practices
