San Antonio Dodge – Service Technician

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles at our San Antonio Dodge service facility. You'll work with modern diagnostic equipment and provide the high-quality craftsmanship that our customers expect from a premier automotive dealership.

What You'll Do

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting on Dodge, Chrysler, and related models
• Complete routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and inspections
• Execute mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
• Record service work and findings in dealership computer systems
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure customer communication and satisfaction
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain an organized work environment
• Stay informed about manufacturer service bulletins and current repair methods

What We're Looking For

• Established background as an automotive service technician
• Solid expertise with diagnostic tools and automotive equipment
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep platform vehicles
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• ASE certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification
• Reliable attendance and commitment to the dealership team
• Strong work ethic and professionalism in customer-facing situations
• Ability to manage multiple service tasks efficiently
