What This Role Involves

The role of Art Studio Assistant in our vibrant and diverse Art Department requires a motivated individual to support the A Level Product Design course. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring that all resources are available for students, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of the A Level Product Design curriculum
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of materials and equipment
• Maintaining a safe and productive working environment for students
• Overseeing studio cleanliness and organization
• Assisting with student projects and providing guidance as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• A background in art, design, or engineering is essential
• Experience working with students at a secondary level is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills to manage resources effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both students and staff
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
