About This Position

LifeStance Health is actively recruiting APRN Students to join our clinical teams in the Atlanta region. As an APRN Student, you'll work under the mentorship of experienced licensed practitioners while completing your graduate-level nursing education. You'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment where your development as a future advanced practice provider is prioritized. This role offers the clinical hours and real-world exposure essential to your certification journey, alongside a collaborative team dedicated to advancing mental healthcare across our communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and intake evaluations under clinical supervision
• Participate in treatment planning and progress monitoring for behavioral health patients
• Assist in medication management and pharmacological interventions under provider oversight
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate, compliant patient records
• Support the interdisciplinary care team in delivering evidence-based mental health treatment
• Contribute to patient education on mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies

What You Bring

• Enrollment in or near completion of an accredited APRN graduate nursing program
• Current RN licensure in Georgia
• Strong clinical foundation in nursing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
• Commitment to mental health and behavioral health care delivery
• Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical setting
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
