Apple Manager – Washington University Campus Bookstore

Follett is recruiting an Apple Manager to lead the Apple product department at our Washington University Campus Bookstore in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive technology innovation and customer satisfaction in a dynamic higher education retail environment.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of the Apple product section and serve as the go-to resource for campus technology needs. This role blends retail management, product expertise, and customer-centric service to create meaningful experiences for students, faculty, and staff navigating Apple's ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day Apple product operations, including sales execution, stock management, and visual merchandising
• Supervise and coach team members on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence
• Build lasting relationships with campus community members to understand their technology requirements
• Drive departmental sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction metrics
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product availability to meet seasonal and campus demand
• Serve as the Apple specialist and trusted advisor to diverse customer segments on campus

What We're Looking For

• Experience in retail management, Apple product sales, or technology retail
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Apple product line and ability to explain features and benefits
• Demonstrated leadership capability and comfort building and motivating teams
• Strong sales focus with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills
• Inventory and operational management experience
• Enthusiasm for technology and commitment to customer success
