About the Role
As an Accounting Analyst, you'll play a central role in our Accounting Business Process Outsourcing operations. Working directly within client ERP systems, you'll execute comprehensive accounting functions—from daily transaction processing through complex period-end closings. You'll blend hands-on technical skills with a consultative approach, supporting clients in maintaining accurate financial records and achieving their accounting and compliance objectives.
What You'll Do
- Execute month-end and year-end close procedures, including account reconciliations and balance verification
- Prepare, review, and validate financial statements and related accounting reports
- Record and classify business transactions within enterprise resource planning systems
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on accounting treatments and financial best practices
- Identify and recommend enhancements to accounting processes and workflows
- Participate in the design and rollout of accounting process improvements and technology solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing full accounting cycles, including periodic close and reconciliation activities
- Solid foundation in accounting principles, classifications, and financial reporting standards
- Working proficiency with ERP platforms and accounting software
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain accounting concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proactive mindset toward process optimization and operational efficiency
