About the Role
In this part-time, on-call position, you'll process transactions and help customers at our Kalamazoo airport location. Shifts are available seven days a week, with opportunities to work morning hours beginning at 8:30 AM and throughout the day. Your flexibility and reliability make you an essential part of our team.
What You'll Do
- Process parking payments and customer transactions accurately
- Operate point-of-sale systems and cash registers
- Handle cash, cards, and other payment methods securely
- Deliver friendly, professional service to travelers and airport visitors
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Collaborate with the parking team to ensure smooth operations

- Strong accuracy with math and money handling
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependability and flexibility for varied shift schedules including weekends
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems preferred
