Scale AI is hiring a full-time AI Deployment Strategist for Healthcare & Life Sciences to lead enterprise AI implementation across the US. In this role, you'll work directly with the Enterprise AI leadership team to build strategic partnerships and drive AI adoption with health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and life sciences organizations.
About the Role
You'll own the vision and execution of AI deployment strategies for enterprise healthcare and life sciences clients. This position bridges Scale AI's technical capabilities with the nuanced business and regulatory needs of the healthcare industry, translating AI innovation into measurable outcomes for complex organizations.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic discovery and AI opportunity assessment with health systems, pharmaceutical firms, and life sciences enterprises
- Design comprehensive AI deployment roadmaps that address regulatory compliance, clinical integration, and operational constraints
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with C-suite and key stakeholders at leading healthcare organizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Scale AI's technical, product, and delivery teams to execute enterprise implementations
- Identify and validate high-impact use cases that drive clinical, operational, and financial value in healthcare settings
- Stay informed on healthcare AI trends, competitive landscape, and emerging regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in healthcare technology, enterprise AI, healthcare consulting, or related enterprise software roles
- Deep knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industry operations, challenges, and regulatory environment
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships and strategic initiatives
- Strong grasp of AI and machine learning capabilities, practical applications, and limitations
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences
- Track record in enterprise business development, solution architecture, or strategic partnerships
