Architectural Senior Project Coordinator

The Beck Group, an integrated architecture and construction firm operating across major U.S. markets, is hiring an Architectural Senior Project Coordinator for our Atlanta, Fulton County office. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering project coordination excellence and supporting design and construction services.

About the Role

As Senior Project Coordinator, you'll manage day-to-day operations for complex architectural and construction projects. You serve as the operational center, coordinating between design teams, construction management, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Your work directly impacts project success and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate communication and documentation across design, construction, and client teams
• Manage submittals, permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance
• Track project performance, milestones, and contractor accountability
• Support preconstruction planning, cost estimation, and constructability reviews
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and progress documentation for stakeholders
• Identify scheduling conflicts, risks, and solutions before they impact delivery

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project coordination experience in architecture, construction, or engineering
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office applications
• Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet critical deadlines
• Working knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Leadership capability and proven problem-solving in complex environments
