Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to banking operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
