All Care Health Care Services Group is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team in Mangerton, Wollongong, Australia. As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our in-home aged care services.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Support team members by providing general office assistance, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications is desirable.
