What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Master’s degree in English, English Education, Creative Writing, or a closely related discipline (MFA or Ph.D. preferred).
• Demonstrated experience teaching college‑level composition, literature, or writing courses.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster an inclusive classroom environment.
• Commitment to assessing student learning and adapting instruction to meet diverse needs.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and basic educational technology tools.
• Ability to manage part‑time teaching responsibilities alongside other professional or academic pursuits.
