About the Role
We're a rapidly expanding disaster mitigation company responding to water damage, fire loss, mold contamination, and environmental emergencies around the clock. As a Mitigation Project Manager, you'll oversee critical recovery operations from start to finish, ensuring our clients receive professional, compassionate service when they need it most. This is a full-time position where you'll balance urgent timelines with meticulous attention to quality.
What You'll Do
- Lead and direct mitigation project teams through emergency response, stabilization, and restoration phases
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and regulatory agencies to manage expectations and documentation
- Oversee water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and fire recovery work to industry and safety standards
- Monitor project budgets, labor allocation, and resource scheduling to meet deadlines
- Conduct site assessments, create recovery plans, and provide clients with transparent progress updates
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations
- Train and mentor team members to uphold our standards for quality and customer care
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated project management experience, ideally in restoration, construction, or emergency services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of water damage mitigation, fire restoration, or mold remediation processes
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes and property damage assessment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call availability for 24/7 emergency response
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service area
