Join OBI Italia's warehouse and delivery operations team as a Delivery and Warehouse Associate in the United States. This is a full-time position where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the home improvement and gardening retail space.

About the Role

As a Delivery and Warehouse Associate at OBI Italia, you'll work in our fulfillment operations, managing merchandise from receipt through final delivery. This hands-on position combines warehouse organization with customer-facing delivery responsibilities, allowing you to directly impact how thousands of DIY enthusiasts and gardeners get the materials they need for their projects.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and inventory in the warehouse
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and organize delivery vehicles for efficient route execution
• Process and track shipments to maintain order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures during daily operations
• Assist customers with product location and questions during pickup or delivery interactions
• Communicate with team members to coordinate workflow and meet daily targets

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant warehouse or delivery experience)
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items regularly throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and procedures
• Customer service orientation and professional communication skills
