About the Role
As a Delivery and Warehouse Associate at OBI Italia, you'll work in our fulfillment operations, managing merchandise from receipt through final delivery. This hands-on position combines warehouse organization with customer-facing delivery responsibilities, allowing you to directly impact how thousands of DIY enthusiasts and gardeners get the materials they need for their projects.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and inventory in the warehouse
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and organize delivery vehicles for efficient route execution
- Process and track shipments to maintain order accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during daily operations
- Assist customers with product location and questions during pickup or delivery interactions
- Communicate with team members to coordinate workflow and meet daily targets
