FIT Solutions seeks a Sales Executive to grow our customer base and drive revenue throughout the United States. In this full-time role, you'll combine strategic prospecting with consultative selling to win new IT services clients.
About This Position
In this role, you'll own the sales cycle from prospect identification through close. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your success depends on generating qualified leads, building pipeline, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting activities
- Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations to understand client business challenges and present relevant solutions
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities using HubSpot CRM, ensuring all prospects are accurately tracked and prioritized
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings in person and via video conference to advance the sales conversation
- Present solutions tailored to specific business needs and handle client objections through effective negotiation
- Move opportunities toward closure and achieve monthly sales goals and pipeline expansion targets
- Stay current on product offerings, service updates, and market developments through daily training and departmental meetings
- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen market presence
- Travel to client locations for meetings and relationship building (up to 40% travel expected)
- Partner with sales leadership to strategize on complex deals and ensure professional client interactions at all times
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the IT industry or closely related field
- Demonstrated history of consistent performance growth and strong track record in previous sales roles
- Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from initial qualification through final close
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present effectively to all organizational levels
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities; comfortable with fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- Highly organized with excellent time management, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Collaborative team player who can work independently and contribute to broader sales objectives
- Physical ability to spend extended periods standing, speaking, walking, and sitting; capable of occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
