About the Role
At ICIMS, we help our customers build winning workforces. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling customers to unlock their full potential by attracting, engaging, hiring, and advancing top talent. You will manage and grow existing customer relationships by delivering additional value through ICIMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ICIMS products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within an organization
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with HR technology solutions preferred but not required
