Popmenu is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in London, England. In this full-time role, you'll drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and closing deals with independent restaurants and hospitality businesses.
About This Position
This is a full-time Account Executive position based in London, UK, offering the opportunity to work with restaurant management technology. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying expansion opportunities within existing clients, and closing new business. The ideal candidate will combine consultative sales skills with a genuine interest in helping restaurants grow their operations through technology solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers in your territory
- Identify and qualify sales leads within the London market and surrounding regions
- Present Popmenu solutions tailored to each prospect's specific needs and challenges
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within agreed timescales
- Manage and grow your assigned account portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with customer success, product, and marketing teams on account strategy
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS, restaurant technology, or hospitality sectors
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant or food service industry
- Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and prioritise effectively
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and results-focused mindset
