About the Role
As an RBT at Kiwi Kids ABA, you'll deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions in one-on-one and group settings, directly supporting children with developmental disabilities as they build life skills and reach their potential. Your clinical work, guided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, will center on implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting behavioral data, and fostering meaningful progress for the young people in our care.
What You'll Do
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision using applied behavior analysis techniques
- Conduct direct therapeutic sessions focused on skill building and behavioral support
- Collect and record behavioral data with accuracy and consistency
- Communicate progress to families and clinical supervisors
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutically appropriate environment
- Collaborate with clinicians, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide Spanish-language services to clients and families as needed
What We're Looking For
- Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or eligible to obtain
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Compassionate, patient approach to working with children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities
