About the Role
UofL Health is actively recruiting recent nursing school graduates for a comprehensive new nurse program. This full-time RN position is designed to help you transition from nursing education into clinical practice with ongoing supervision, structured training, and professional growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based patient care to assigned populations under supervision and preceptorship
- Apply clinical skills and nursing theory in a real-world healthcare setting

What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Kentucky
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

- Current CPR certification (BLS) or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills
