The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious Robotics AgentOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a member of our startup support program, you will have the unique opportunity to start and scale your own venture in the exciting field of robotics. Our team includes successful serial entrepreneurs like Paul Müller (founder Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder SumUp, €8B), who are committed to nurturing outlier personalities and fostering the creation of billion-dollar companies.
Our offer is tailored to support your entrepreneurial journey: you will be directly employed by us with a competitive salary or have the option to receive up to €500k in funding. Additionally, you will benefit from 1:1 mentorship sessions with unicorn founders on a weekly basis and access to our vibrant community of top-tier founders, peers, and investors.
What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include owning, building, and running your startup in the robotics domain. You will embark on an extensive personal development journey designed by successful entrepreneurs, enhancing your goal, time, and energy management skills. We provide support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals, as well as advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs to help you prepare for raising millions in funding.
You will iterate on your product with us until reaching product-market-fit and receive assistance in building a sales force or marketing engine. Our goal is to support you in securing multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months, leveraging our expertise to increase your chances of success.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an individual who is based in Europe or the Americas and is open to relocation if necessary. You must be willing to embrace this unique opportunity and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. No specific degree is required, but a background in robotics or related fields will be advantageous.
