Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Associate Observability Architect to join our growing team at Grafana Labs. As an Observability Architect, you will be responsible for leading technical partnerships with our most important customers and driving strategic initiatives that enhance their observability practices.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions using Grafana Cloud's advanced features.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for implementing and optimizing observability in complex systems.
• Contribute to the development of new integrations and tools that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Act as a technical advisor, helping customers navigate their data and derive actionable insights from it.

What You Bring

• A deep understanding of observability principles and practices, with experience in distributed systems and monitoring tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with open-source technologies and a passion for contributing to the broader observability community.
