About This Position

This role is for deeply technical experts who are ready to step into strategic leadership with Grafana Labs' most important customers. As an Associate Observability Architect, you will be at the intersection of systems thinking and architecture design, helping organizations see, understand, and act on their data.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement observability solutions for Grafana Labs' customers
• Work closely with post-sales technical partners to ensure successful customer engagements and project delivery
• Analyze complex data sets and provide insights to drive decision-making and optimize telemetry usage
• Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and guidelines for observability architecture
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in observability and distributed systems

Qualifications

• Strong background in observability, monitoring, and distributed systems
• Experience working with open-source tools and platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• A proven track record of delivering successful projects and solutions
• Passion for solving complex problems and a commitment to continuous learning
