What This Role Involves
The ERP System Administrator is an essential position within Alimentiv’s Corporate Digital Enablement function. As the primary functional and technical owner of the Acumatica ERP platform, this role involves configuring, operating, and continuously improving the system to support Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Project accounting operations.
- Configure, operate, and optimize the Acumatica ERP platform
- Support the buildout of Acumatica’s procurement functionality for Corporate and Clinical operations as Alimentiv matures its procurement function
- Own the operational health of the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration via Celigo middleware
- Play a central role in annual Acumatica upgrades

The responsibilities include:
- Hands-on administration and configuration of the Acumatica ERP platform
- Supporting Corporate and Clinical operations through procurement functionality development
- Maintaining the health and performance of the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration via Celigo middleware
- Participating in annual Acumatica upgrades to ensure smooth transitions and enhancements
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP System Administrator with experience in Acumatica, SAP Concur, and procurement systems. Key qualifications include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP administrator or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and optimizing the Acumatica platform
- Familiarity with SAP Concur integration via Celigo middleware
- Experience supporting procurement operations, ideally within a healthcare or food industry context
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
