Position Summary

The Detmold Group is currently seeking a skilled and organized Project Administrator to join our Group Commercial-Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Modernisation Project team. Based at our Regency Park office, this role will report directly to the Group Manager Commercial Excellence and be responsible for providing proactive administration and coordination of project meetings and training.

Core Duties

• Provide administrative support for project meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with team members to schedule and manage meeting logistics, including room bookings and participant availability.
• Facilitate training sessions by preparing materials and managing the logistics of delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

What We're Looking For

• A proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in administrative support, preferably within a project management or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and modernization projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
