About This Position

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Workshop Administrator. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop facilities.

• Assist with scheduling and coordination of maintenance and repair activities
• Manage inventory and parts ordering for the workshop
• Prepare reports on equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs
• Support the workshop supervisor in maintaining a safe working environment
• Handle customer inquiries related to workshop services

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records of all workshop activities
• Assisting in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
• Supporting the management team in planning and organizing events and meetings related to the workshop operations

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role within a workshop or maintenance environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
