About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Database Administrator 2, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and performance of our database systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data management and support business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain database solutions that meet business needs
• Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of all databases
• Optimize query performance and manage database growth
• Develop and enforce database policies and procedures
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new applications and improve existing ones

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a related role
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design principles, and data modeling techniques
• Familiarity with database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Experience with database security and compliance standards
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
