Role Overview
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Over The Road (OTR) Truck Drivers for U.S. Xpress. This role offers a competitive pay structure based on experience with an average of 52-56 cents per mile (CPM). Solo OTR drivers can expect to log approximately 2,000 miles per week and earn up to $1,500 weekly.
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- No Touch Freight: Consistent, planned schedule with predictable home time
- Bonuses: Performance bonuses available for top 20% of OTR drivers
- Schedule: Run 28 days out and get 5 days home
Core Duties
- Pick up and deliver freight across the United States
- Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries and mileage
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to safe driving practices at all times
What You Bring
- A valid CDL-A license
- 1-5 months of OTR driving experience (required)
- Prior experience with dry van operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
