About This Position
The Showboat Scoop is seeking a dynamic Arcade Manager to join our team. As the Arcade Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our arcade operations, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for guests while maintaining profitability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise and train arcade staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean environment
- Monitor and manage inventory of games and supplies
- Handle cash transactions securely and accurately
- Analyze guest feedback to improve operations and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an arcade or similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security protocols
- Prior experience in customer service and guest relations
- Basic knowledge of game mechanics and maintenance
