About This Position
The Manager Instructional Design role at Caseware is pivotal in leading the design and delivery of high-quality, standardized product education content that supports global product adoption and customer success. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Collaborates closely with Product, Professional Services, Product Training, and SMEs to ensure complex technical knowledge is translated into clear, learner-focused education.
- Responsible for the execution of learning strategy, ensuring high-quality and consistent content across all digital learning formats.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in instructional design and multimedia creation within a technology or professional services environment is required.
- A deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, learner-focused content are essential.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms is necessary.
