The Opportunity

Mixpanel is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the primary advisor to the North America VP, you will drive end-to-end Go-To-Market operations, perform strategic analyses, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact on global revenue strategies.

• Perform in-depth quantitative analysis of operating metrics
• Create scaled systems and processes for problem-solving
• Support annual planning cycles including goal setting, coverage model revisions, territory design, and financial plan cascading
• Drive weekly forecast and metric reviews as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement through strategic product, market, and customer analyses

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a primary advisor to the North America VP on all aspects of Go-To-Market operations
• Conducting strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Supporting annual planning cycles including goal setting, coverage model revisions, territory design, and financial plan cascading
• Driving continuous improvement through regular business reviews and standard operating cadences
• Managing key metrics and forecasts to ensure alignment with overall company goals

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or related field
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for product intelligence and analytics
