The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Shipping Technician to join our team at Crestoperations in Alexandria, Louisiana. As a key member of the Project Support Services Department, you will be responsible for handling shipping, receiving, marshaling, and warehousing tasks related to stock inventory and project-specific jobs-in-process inventory.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to the shipping, receiving, marshaling, and warehousing of stock inventory and project specific jobs-in-process inventory
• Ensure all work is conducted with the highest quality and professionalism
• Represent the company in a manner that reflects the last touch before customer delivery
• Work closely with the Logistics Manager to support project needs and ensure timely shipment of goods

Requirements

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing operations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination within the team
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
