Position Summary

The Facility Technician II is a key member of our maintenance team, responsible for ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained and operational. This role involves performing various tasks such as equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and general facility upkeep to support the smooth operation of Williams-Sonoma's Dania Beach Distribution Center.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Order and manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Technician or related field
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site travel
