- Read and understand layout and detail drawings and technical documents to ensure accurate design
- Complete a high volume of work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and energy in a team environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor for substation design
- Ability to read and understand layout and detail drawings and technical documents
- Strong communication skills to interface with structural engineers and project managers
- Aptitude to work well in a team environment while also being able to complete tasks independently
