Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing lettings team towards achieving company goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
• Develop and implement strategies to increase rental occupancy and revenue
• Motivate and mentor team members to ensure continuous improvement in performance
• Manage day-to-day operations of the lettings department, including scheduling viewings and managing contracts

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Lettings Manager or similar role
• Proven track record in leading high-performing teams
• Strong relationship-building skills to win new business and retain clients
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in managing day-to-day operations of the lettings department
