About This Position

The Facilities Management Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth upkeep and efficient functioning of the organisation's training centres, offices, and facilities. This role covers the full spectrum of building maintenance (air-conditioning, lighting, security systems, equipment, and general repairs), vendor management, and procurement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Overseeing the maintenance of all building systems to ensure optimal performance
• Managing vendors for repair services and ensuring timely execution of works
• Handling procurement processes for facility-related materials and equipment
• Developing and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role
• Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and security
• Strong vendor management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
