Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years
  • Create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive environment for the children
  • Implement educational programs aligned with national standards and Busy Bees' curriculum
  • Support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child
  • Document individual child’s progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Educators who can contribute to our mission of making a real difference in children's lives. Key requirements include:

  • A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Minimum 12 months experience as an Educator, preferably in early childhood settings
  • A strong understanding of child development and educational theories
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with children and their families
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong commitment to safety and well-being practices (Bee Safe Commitment)
