Position Summary
This role primarily focuses on training. The Beauty Educator will develop and prepare training content for various categories of training. They will contribute to the learning development by conducting both theory and practical training (online and classroom) as per the Training Calendar for new and existing Sorbet citizens.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Theory & Practical Training (Online & Classroom) as per the Training Calendar for new and existing Sorbet citizens
- Timeous marking of theoretical assessments after training sessions
- Develop and prepare training content as required by category of training
- Contribute to the overall learning development process within the organization
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in beauty education or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience with online and classroom teaching methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
