Position Summary
Bluelight is a leading software consultancy dedicated to designing and developing innovative technology that enhances users' lives. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Representative for our rapidly growing team in Latin America. This position will be based remotely from Georgetown, Guyana.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Latin American market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in sales or business development is preferred, but not required. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese would be advantageous.
