Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential partnership opportunities within the crypto industry
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with various stakeholders including other exchanges, institutions, and projects
• Develop and implement growth strategies for staking products
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of Binance's staking product offerings

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management or similar roles within the crypto industry
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and executing partnerships that drive business growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels
• A deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets and staking products
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
