Position Summary
Binance is seeking a talented individual for its 3-6 month internship program, the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP), in the role of Compliance/Sanctions. This opportunity provides Early Career talent with hands-on experience and skill development within the dynamic digital assets space. As part of this program, you will gain insights into working at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem while networking and acquiring transferable skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to sanctions and anti-money laundering (AML).
- Conduct research on global sanctions lists and their implications for Binance’s operations.
- Support the development of internal controls and processes to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across various business units.
Qualifications
- Current university student or recent graduate in Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- A strong understanding of global financial regulations and sanctions frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
