The Opportunity
Bellotalabs is seeking a Senior Payments Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the day-to-day operations of ClubWPT Gold's payments stack. This role involves working closely with the Head of Payments, handling reconciliation, data analysis, PSP escalations, and daily monitoring of processing partners. The position is hands-on and operational in nature, offering a comprehensive exposure to every layer of our payments operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation across seven active payment service providers (PSPs): Worldpay, PayNearMe, MuchBetter, Rapyd, MassPay, crypto providers, and orchestrators such as Corefy
- Settlement banking and chargebacks management
- Daily monitoring of processing partners
- Data analysis and PSP escalations
- Accuracy, responsiveness, and auditability in reporting every number traced to a named source system, field, and date basis
