Role Overview

Join UniFirst as a Route Coverage Specialist, playing a pivotal role in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to cover delivery routes when our regular Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable. You'll provide exceptional service by ensuring that customer deliveries are made on time and with the highest quality.

Core Duties

• Cover delivery routes for RSRs who are unavailable or on leave
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service
• Ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers, RSRs, and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the coverage period

Skills & Qualifications

• A proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in logistics or customer service is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
