What This Role Involves

In this role as a Case Manager at Sanofi, you will be the key point of contact for patients and their families throughout their therapy journey. What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service by serving as the vital connection between patients, families, healthcare providers, insurance companies, specialty pharmacies, and local resources. You will conduct benefit investigations, provide patient education, enroll patients in support programs, and coordinate drug delivery.
