Position Summary

EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. As a Mobile Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals through their return-to-work journey by providing ongoing case management services. This full-time position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in various locations within the Tweed Heads area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to injured workers, ensuring they receive appropriate medical care and return to work as quickly and safely as possible.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
• Conduct site visits and home visits as needed to assess the needs of clients and provide support in their natural environments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client cases.
