About This Position
This is seasonal, full-time work in the maintenance of the City’s golf courses. Work is performed under supervision, in accordance with standard practices and procedures. No supervision is exercised over other employees. This posting is for positions at both the Veteran's Memorial Golf Course and Franconia Golf Course.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains golf courses by cutting grass, trimming trees, removing debris, and ensuring the grounds are in optimal condition for play. Assists with setting up and breaking down course equipment and facilities as needed. May be required to operate various maintenance machinery and tools safely.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record. Previous experience in groundskeeping or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
