OCBC Bank, established since 1932 as Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)’s longest-standing bank, is seeking a Project / QA Support Analyst for its Trade Finance Operations team. This contract position will run until December 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

To support project management and quality assurance activities within the trade finance operations department.
To assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
To conduct thorough testing of systems and processes to identify and resolve issues.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management or quality assurance within financial services or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trade finance operations or similar roles.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
