What This Role Involves

This role involves driving operational excellence in finance processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for implementing best practices, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and control systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation of new financial systems and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with business units to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Provide training and support to finance teams on new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA or ACCA qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance operations or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
